Names Defined

I used many pen names for friends and family that I refer to within this blog. This is to keep real names private and protected. Bellow, I will list the names I have used and a description of who the person is in relation to me to keep from confusing my readers.

Mom and Dad- That’s self-explanatory.

Cher- One of my two roommates/ best friend; I have shared a room with Cher for two years; Cher has her own blog which is much more entertaining than my own (theboredpoetess) that is under my blogroll! Cher always has a witty comment to add to any conversation and majors in English.

Lafonda- My other roommate lives in the second bedroom in our apartment; Lafonda was given her name on Cher’s blog and is also one of my best friends. We met during my freshman year in college as suite-mates. She majors in Art History and is the most compassionate person I know.

Jake- My big brother/ the Marine.

Mogli- Friend/fellow biology major and research partner for Mayflies.

Princess- My roommate while I was in China.

Queen- Princess’s mother.

Ms. Daisy- One of my roommates from sophomore year; I share many classes with Ms. Daisy.

Dr. Beetlegeuse- The Entomologist (insect specialist) who sponsors my research with Mogli.

Josie- One of my suite-mates from my freshman year in college; present-day friend.

Dr. China- My chaperone/professor in China who teaches at my University.

Captain America- Another history professor at my University who chaperoned in China.

Belle- One of my old Art History professors who sponsored my summer intership.

Curie- The President of the Chemistry Club and one of my dearest friends!

Mr. Little- Friend and fellow student employee in the Admissions Office.

Catrina- Mr. Little’s girl-friend.

Dr. Watson- Biology major, going to veterinary school next year; a close friend.
